[Regarding sales per transaction]
There is a limit to the number of tickets that can be reserved or purchased per transaction. Details will be announced at the venue on the day.
*This setting is to allow as many people as possible to participate.
*The maximum number of tickets may change depending on the congestion on the day.
*If you wish to reserve or purchase more than the maximum number of tickets, please re-join the sales waiting line each time you make a reservation or purchase.
*Depending on the situation on the day, we may limit queuing to prevent people from buying up all the items.
*After reservation or purchase, refunds, changes in quantity, or changes in form are not possible for any reason.
*Sales may end before the event starts depending on the level of congestion.

[Regarding participation tickets]
・Participation tickets (hereinafter referred to as participation tickets) will be given to you after payment in the amount corresponding to the number of MUSIC CARDs reserved/purchased.
*Participation tickets will only be given to those who purchase them at the sales booth set up at the venue on the day of the event.
*Participation tickets are limited in number. Sales will end once they are gone.
*If you wish to participate in the special event, please make sure that you make the reservation and purchase of the product yourself. Giving the participation ticket to the participant through a proxy reservation or purchase is also prohibited as "resale" and "transfer." (However, for physically disabled people, a caregiver may make a reservation or purchase on their behalf.)
*Participation tickets issued are only valid on the day of the event.


[About the special events at each venue]

・One person per participation ticket will be seen off by a member participating in the event on the day.

▽ 11/29 (Sat) "MUSIC CARD Handover Event"
・One person per participation ticket will receive a product from a member attending the event on the day.

*To participate in this event, one participation ticket is required per person per participation, regardless of age, excluding unborn children.
*Shaking hands with members or touching/attempting to touch them is prohibited.
*Please be sure to be at the event space at the start of the special event. We will set a closing time for reception depending on the situation. Customers who arrive after the closing time for reception will not be able to participate in the special event for any reason.
*If you are away from the venue at the start of the event and return to find that the special event has already ended, we will not be able to provide any support. Please listen carefully to the announcements made by the staff before participating.


[Prohibited items common to all venues]
If we discover any prohibited behavior, we will issue a strict warning. In severe cases, we will take strict measures such as confiscating all participation tickets, refusing future participation, and asking for identification.

・Delaying the special event
*At the special event, requests such as having someone call your name or pose are prohibited. If you do not abide by the amulet, you will be warned by staff.
In serious cases, we will consider you to be hindering the progress of the event, confiscate your participation ticket, and refuse you future participation.
・Participation tickets may not be transferred, exchanged, resold, copied, counterfeited, or obtained in any illegal manner.
*If you are unable to re-reserve or purchase tickets even after lining up again and you have more tickets than the sales limit, you will be deemed to have violated the prohibited acts regardless of the reason, your tickets will be confiscated, and you will be denied participation in future events.
(For example, if you are unable to re-order or purchase tickets, but have more tickets than are available for reservation or purchase.) In such cases, we will not accept returns or refunds for reserved or purchased items.
Counterfeiting participation tickets is a criminal act. Appropriate action will be taken as soon as it is discovered.
・Cutting in line for reservations or purchases
*Both the person who cuts in line and the person who gets in between will be asked to leave the line.
Also, if you leave the line, you will not be able to return to your original position and will have to line up at the end of the line again.
However, regarding the restroom, you will only be able to return to your original location if you "check with the customers in front and behind you and contact a nearby staff member." Please note that if you do not contact us, we will not be able to assist you regardless of the reason. We also prohibit "people lining up for you" as this may cause problems such as cutting in line.
・Staying overnight near the venue, sit-ins or gatherings, causing trouble to stores within the venue, etc.
- Defamation, libel, intimidation, or insults towards members or staff, or shouting unnecessarily during an event, etc.
・Entering or participating in special events while drinking or under the influence of alcohol
- Recording, filming, or photographing, or transmitting such data, or bringing any equipment into the venue for such purposes.
*Please turn off all electronic devices capable of recording, filming, or taking photos and place them in a bag before participating. Please bring your own bag with you when participating.
・Placing items in the space to reserve space
*Regardless of whether there are people present or not, reserving a spot using sheets or other items is prohibited.
*If any items are found to have been left unattended for an extended period of time, they will be removed by staff. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any items that are removed or left unattended.
・Bringing large luggage such as carry-on cases/strollers
*Please cooperate to ensure that all participants have equal time to participate in the special event.
*Please leave your belongings in a nearby coin locker or similar facility as they will hinder the smooth progress of the event.
*If you bring a stroller to the special event, there is a risk of injury to other customers, so please leave it in a locker or other location near the venue before attending.
*Please refrain from bringing any carry-on luggage as much as possible.
・Waiting for artists to appear or chasing them inside or outside the facility is prohibited. Any other actions similar to these, or any other nuisance to tenants (such as waiting for artists to enter or leave a tenant), are prohibited.
・Entry with pets and animals
*As some people may have allergies, this is prohibited for safety reasons.
*Not limited to this, if any violation is discovered, customer information (personal information) will be kept for the purpose of managing and taking measures against fraudulent activities. Please agree to this before participating. In addition, we will check your identification, delete all data that corresponds to the prohibited acts, confiscate all participation tickets, and refuse you from participating in the event. The same measures will be taken if past audio, video, or film data is discovered.
・Minors must obtain parental consent before making a reservation or purchase. If a minor makes a reservation or purchase, it will be deemed that the reservation or purchase was made with parental consent.
- Customers who engage in any of the prohibited acts listed above or any malicious acts that disrupt the event will have their participation tickets confiscated, be denied participation in the event, and in some cases, have their personal information withheld.

◆ Regarding handling/sharing of personal information
We will strictly manage your personal information that has been withheld due to the above prohibited acts.
The personal information provided by customers will not be used beyond the scope of preventing counterfeiting of participation rights, preventing resale, and managing future events, live shows, etc.
In order to ensure the smooth running of the event, the personal information you provide will be shared between the companies listed below. Please note that we may also outsource the handling of your information to a third party in order to carry out the event.

[Important notes for all venues]
・For safety reasons, preschool children are not allowed to participate alone. They must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. One bonus ticket is required per person, so if one parent and one child are participating, two bonus tickets will be required.
・On the day of the event, we will not allow anyone who is not feeling well to attend (such as those with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or those with coughing symptoms).
・Transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc. associated with participating in the event are the customer's responsibility.
・Your identity may be verified at the venue.
・The safety of our customers and artists is our number one priority, and we may conduct metal detector checks, baggage inspections, or temporarily hold your baggage.
・If you are late for the meeting time, regardless of the reason, such as natural disaster or transportation failure, you will not be able to participate in the special event. (You will not be able to transfer to another date or venue.)
・Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff regarding entry and events. If you do not follow the instructions, you will be asked to leave.
・The event may be terminated midway due to time restrictions on venue use, delays in the event progress, etc. In this case, even if you have a participation ticket, you will not be able to participate in the event, and we will not be able to accept returns of products.
・There may be other events being held at the venue. Please refrain from any behavior that may interfere with other events. If you do interfere with other events, you may be asked to refrain from participating in the event, or the event itself may be canceled.
・Please note that there is a possibility that media coverage may be conducted on the day of the event and may appear on camera.
-When participating in the event, whether indoors or outdoors, please take care of your health by staying hydrated.
- Cancellations and returns after reservations or purchases cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
・Various in-facility services and benefits such as point cards and parking tickets are not eligible.
・Presents cannot be handed over to members in person. Also, there will be no gift boxes available. Please note that we will not be able to keep any presents, including letters, at the venue on the day.
・There will be no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
・Staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you. Please only participate if you are comfortable with this.
・Please manage your valuables at your own risk when participating in the event. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.
・In order to prevent accidents and confusion on the day, we may impose various restrictions as necessary, such as restricting traffic flow.
- Please note that the organizers cannot take any responsibility for the last train times after the event has ended.
・The event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, changes in performers due to illness or accidents, transportation outages, or poor venue facilities. Even in these cases, we will not be able to refund product prices or compensate for transportation or travel expenses. Please note.
・Please refrain from contacting the venue regarding the event.
・When participating in the event, please observe the "Prohibited Items" listed above. If a participant violates the "Prohibited Items," or if the organizers deem the participant unsuitable for participation in the event, they may be refused participation in the event.
- We will have security personnel stationed within the venue and will operate the event with the utmost care, but if you see any suspicious people or objects, please speak to a security guard nearby.
・Related staff will never offer you "event tickets" in exchange for money or other compensation. If you receive such a request, please be aware that it may be a scam.
・If you require assistance or companionship, such as in a wheelchair, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.

[Governing law and jurisdiction]
The operation of the Event and the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any litigation arising between a person who has made a reservation or purchased a ticket in relation to the Event shall be submitted to the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.


[Handling of personal information]
In accordance with the Group Personal Information Protection Policy, Avex Inc. and LDH JAPAN Inc. will jointly use the personal information to the extent necessary for notifying you of your winnings and running the event.
