The first EP, "tera," is a work that captures WOLF HOWL HARMONY 's current whereabouts and marks a step into the next era.
As an event to express that "tera" was completed thanks to the support of many fans, those who purchase designated products at the venue will be able to participate in a "mini live" and "farewell party," and will also receive a "limited edition sticker with lottery ticket" as an exclusive bonus for those who purchase at the venue.

[Regarding priority area entry]
・Those who reserve or purchase products will be given a "numbered wristband" (hereinafter referred to as "wristband") that will allow them to watch the event from the front area.
* Only one wristband will be distributed per person per transaction.
*Even if you rearrange your lineup, you cannot purchase more than two tickets for the same part, such as two tickets for part 1 or two tickets for part 2. Each person can only receive a maximum of one ticket per part.
*You will be given a wristband for the same event as your participation ticket. Please note that you will not be given a wristband for a different event than the participation ticket.
*For safety reasons, preschool children will not be allowed to participate alone. They must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Regarding admission to the priority area, if a parent or guardian is selected, they may enter with up to one preschool child (limited to the parent's own child/family). (If there are two or more preschool children, two wristbands will be required, but they may enter together only if the parent or guardian is selected.)
*Regarding wristbands, staff will wrap them around you near the exit of the sales booth after payment.
*There is a limit to the number of wristbands that can be distributed. Distribution will end once all wristbands are gone.
*We cannot give out wristbands to people who are not present. Please make sure that all participants pay for their tickets and come to collect their wristbands.
*The wristband serial number does not guarantee admission. Please note that there may be cases where you lose.
*The winning numbers and the order of admission to the priority area will be announced near the CD sales area or the entrance area, or on official SNS. The announcement and admission start times will differ depending on the venue.
*Please note that a lower number does not necessarily mean you can enter the priority area earlier.
*The transfer or resale of wristbands is prohibited. If any violation is observed, you will be denied entry to the priority area without any conditions. You will also be denied participation in all events by this artist. In such cases, we will not accept returns or refunds of purchased items.

* Wristband numbers will be distributed randomly. Please note that depending on your number, you may be seated at the back and have difficulty seeing.

[Regarding special event participation tickets]
・Special event participation tickets (hereinafter referred to as participation tickets) will be given to you after payment in the amount specified in the distribution regulations for product reservations and purchases.
*Participation tickets will only be given to those who purchase them at the sales booth set up in the venue on the day of the event. (Please note that participation tickets will not be included even if you purchase a CD at the CD shop in the facility before the event date.)
*The number of participation tickets is limited. Sales and issuance will end once all tickets have been sold out.
*If you wish to participate in the special event, please make sure that you reserve and purchase the product yourself. Presenting the participation ticket to the participant through a proxy reservation or purchase is also prohibited as it constitutes "resale" and "transfer." (However, for physically disabled participants, a caregiver may purchase the ticket on their behalf.)
*The participation ticket issued is valid only for the date, venue, and session indicated. Please note that it cannot be used for other dates, venues, or sessions.
[About the special event]
・One person per participation ticket can attend one "farewell party" for members participating in the event on the day.
*To participate in each event, one event participation ticket is required per person per participation, regardless of age, excluding unborn children.
*Touching members, shaking hands, or touching/attempting to touch the artists themselves is prohibited.
*To prevent injuries and accidents, please remove rings, bracelets, etc. before participating.
*In winter, the air is dry and it's easy to get sick. If you're not feeling well, please refrain from participating.
*Wearing a mask is an effective way to protect yourself from infection. We recommend that you bring and wear a mask when you visit.
*Please note that the contents of the special event may be subject to change.
* Defamation of members, immoral remarks, dangerous behavior, etc. are prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, you will be asked to leave immediately and will be barred from future events.
*Please note that it is strictly prohibited to exchange gifts, letters, or presents at the special event.
*Please note that when you participate in the special event, we may ask you to check all of your luggage and electronic devices.
*Please be sure to be at the event space when the special event begins. We will set a closing time for special event registration depending on the situation and each section. Customers who arrive after the special event registration has closed will not be able to participate in the special event for any reason.
*If you are away from the venue at the start of the event and return to find that the event has already ended, there will be no remedy. Please listen carefully to the announcements made by the event staff before participating.
[Regarding the limited edition sticker with lottery ticket]
・The amount of the item will be given to you after payment according to the distribution regulations for product reservations and purchases.
*Limited stickers with lottery tickets will only be given to those who purchase them at the sales booth set up inside the venue on the day of the event.
*The right side is the venue-exclusive bonus sticker location.
*The left side is where the lottery sticker is located. The results will be written on the back side after you turn it over.
*Quantities are limited. Offer ends when stock runs out.
*Participation tickets issued are only valid on the day of the event.
[Prohibited items common to all venues]
If we find any prohibited behavior, we will give you a stern warning. If it is severe, we will take strict measures such as confiscating all of your participation tickets, refusing you future participation, and asking for your identification.
・Delaying the special event
*The special event will be conducted in a manner that requires you to walk around the space at all times, so please proceed without stopping. It is prohibited to stop and talk to the members, ask them to call you by name, ask them to pose, etc. If you do not follow these rules, you will be warned by staff.
In severe cases, you will be deemed to be hindering the progress of the event, your participation ticket and wristband will be confiscated, and you will be refused future participation.
・Transferring, exchanging, reselling, copying, counterfeiting or obtaining participation tickets/wristbands through illegal means
*If you are unable to repurchase tickets even after lining up again and you have more tickets than the sales limit,
Regardless of the reason, any violation of the prohibited items will be deemed to have resulted in the confiscation of your participation ticket/wristband and your being denied participation in future events.
(For example, if you are unable to queue up again and purchase tickets, but have more participation tickets than are available for purchase.) In such cases, we will not accept returns or refunds of purchased items.
Counterfeiting participation tickets is a criminal act. Appropriate action will be taken as soon as it is discovered.
・Cutting in line to purchase items
*Both those who cut in line and those who get in between will be asked to leave the line.
Also, if you leave the line, you will not be able to return to your original place and will have to queue at the end of the line again.
However, regarding the restrooms, you will only be able to return to your original location if you "check with the customers in front and behind you and contact a nearby attendant." Please note that if you do not contact us, we will not be able to assist you, regardless of the reason. We also prohibit "people lining up for you," as this can cause problems such as cutting in line.
・Staying overnight near the venue, sit-ins or gatherings, causing trouble to stores within the facility, etc.
- Defamation, libel, intimidation, or abusive language towards performers or staff, shouting unnecessarily during the event, etc.
・Entering or participating in special events while drinking or under the influence of alcohol
- Recording, filming, or photographing, or transmitting such data, as well as bringing equipment into the venue for such purposes.
*Not limited to this, if any violation is discovered, customer information (personal information) will be kept for the purpose of managing and taking measures against fraudulent activities. Please agree to this before participating. In addition, we will check your identification, delete all data that corresponds to the prohibited acts, confiscate all participation tickets, and refuse you participation in the event. The same measures will be taken if past audio/video recording or filming data is discovered.
*Please turn off all electronic devices capable of recording, filming, or taking pictures and place them in a bag. Please bring a bag with you when participating.
・Placing things in the space to save space
*Reserving a spot by using sheets or other objects is prohibited, regardless of whether there are people there or not.
*If any items are found to have been left there for an extended period of time, they will be removed by staff. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any items that are removed or left there.
・Bringing large luggage such as carry-ons/strollers
*Please cooperate to ensure that all participants have equal time to participate in the special event.
*Please leave your belongings in a nearby coin locker or similar facility as it will hinder the smooth progress of the event.
*If you bring a stroller into the special event booth or viewing area, there is a risk of injury to nearby customers, so please leave it in the cloakroom or other facility before participating.
*Please try not to bring any carry-on luggage where possible.
・Viewing using ladders/platforms etc. within the venue
・Waiting for artists to appear or chasing them inside or outside the facility is prohibited. Any other actions that are similar to these, or any other nuisance to tenants (such as waiting for artists to enter or leave a tenant)
・Entry with pets or animals
*As some people may have allergies, this is prohibited for safety reasons.
・Minors must obtain parental consent before making a purchase. If a minor makes a purchase, it will be deemed that the purchase was made with parental consent.
- Customers who engage in any of the prohibited acts listed above or any malicious acts that disrupt the event will have their participation tickets and wristbands confiscated, will be denied participation in the event, and in some cases, may have their personal information withheld.
◆ Regarding handling/sharing of personal information
Any personal information that is withheld due to the above prohibited acts will be managed strictly.
The personal information provided by customers will not be used beyond the scope of purposes such as preventing counterfeiting of participation rights, preventing resale, and managing future events and live shows.

[Important information common to all venues]
・For safety reasons, we do not allow preschool children to participate alone. Please make sure that they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Regarding priority area admission, if a parent or guardian is selected, they may enter with up to one preschool child (limited to the parent's own child/family member). However, one special ticket is required per person, so if one parent and one child are participating, two tickets will be required.
・Regarding shouting and cheering during the live performance will vary depending on the venue, so staff will make announcements on the day.
・On the day of the event, we will not allow people who are not feeling well to attend (people with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, people with coughing symptoms, etc.).
・Transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc. associated with participating in the event are the responsibility of the customer.
・Your identity may be verified at the venue.
・The safety of our guests and artists is our number one priority, so we may conduct metal detector checks, baggage inspections, or temporarily hold your baggage.
・If you are late for the meeting time, regardless of the reason, such as natural disaster or transportation failure, you will not be able to participate in the special event. (You will not be able to change to another date or venue.)
・Please follow the instructions of the staff regarding entry and events. If you do not follow the instructions, you will be asked to leave.
・The event may be ended midway due to time restrictions on venue use, delays in the event progress, etc. In this case, even if you have a participation ticket, you will not be able to participate in the event, and we will not be able to accept returns of products.
・Other events may be taking place at each venue. Please refrain from any behavior that may disrupt other events. If you are disrupting other events, we may ask you to refrain from participating in the release event or cancel the event itself.
・Please note that there is a possibility that interviews and other media may be present on the day of the event and may be filmed in the footage.
・The venue is located inside a commercial facility. There will be many customers who are not participating in the event. Please be careful not to cause inconvenience to other customers.
-When participating in the event, whether indoors or outdoors, please take care of your health by staying hydrated.
・In the event of rain in the outdoor areas, for safety reasons and to avoid any issues between customers, we ask that you refrain from using umbrellas. We recommend that you bring rain gear other than an umbrella.
-Cancellations and returns are not accepted after purchase under any circumstances.
・Various in-facility services and benefits, such as point cards and parking tickets, are not eligible.
・Presents cannot be handed over to members. Also, there will be no gift boxes. Please note that we will not be able to hold gifts, including letters, at the venue on the day.
・There will be no special medical equipment provided at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
・Staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you. Please only participate if you are comfortable with this.
・When participating in the event, please manage your valuables at your own risk. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or theft that occur inside or outside the venue.
・In order to prevent accidents and confusion on the day, we may impose various restrictions as necessary, such as restricting traffic flow.
-Please note that the organizers cannot take any responsibility for the last train times after the event has ended.
・The event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, changes in members due to illness or accidents of performers, transportation failure, or poor facilities at the venue. Even in these cases, we cannot refund the product price or compensate for transportation or travel expenses. Please note.
・Please refrain from contacting the venue regarding the event.
・When participating in the event, please observe the "prohibited items" listed above. If a participant violates the "prohibited items," or if the organizers deem the participant unsuitable for event participation, they may be refused participation in the event.
・We will have security guards stationed at the venue and will operate with the utmost care, but if you see any suspicious people or objects, please contact a security guard nearby.
・Related staff will never hand out "release event participation tickets" in exchange for money or other compensation. If you receive such a story, please be careful as it may be a scam.
・If you require assistance or are in a wheelchair, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.

[Governing law and jurisdiction]
The operation of the Event and the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law, and any litigation between you and a purchaser in relation to the Event shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
[Handling of personal information]
