<Regarding CD reservations>
Regarding reservations at Abeno Q's Mall
Please scan the QR code displayed at the venue and register via the reservation order page.
Please note that we do not accept reservations through the Tower Records online site.

■Reservations can be made using your smartphone/mobile phone (excluding some models).
■A mobile phone number and email address are required to register your reservation.
■Customers who are already registered with Tower Records Members can make reservations after logging in with their registered email address and password.
■Customers who are not Tower Records Members can make reservations by registering as a new member or without registering as a member.
Emails will be sent from the domain 'towerrecords.co.jp', so please check your device settings in advance to ensure you can receive them.
■The process from reservation registration to payment is as follows. (Tower Records Members should start from step ④.)
① Please scan the QR code displayed at the reservation venue using your smartphone/mobile phone (excluding some models).
② On the displayed screen, press the "Create blank email" button, confirm the sender's address, and then send the blank email.
③ Once you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" email, open the URL in the email body to access the reservation registration screen.
④ Please choose how you would like to receive your product: either pick it up at TOWER RECORDS mini Morinomiya Q's Mall store, or have it delivered to your home (additional shipping fee of 900 yen applies).
*For those who pre-order through Tower Records Members, shipping is free for subsequent orders to the address used for the first pre-order delivered to your home.
A combined shipping service is available. However, this service is not available for non-members.
⑤ Please select your desired reservation item, check the quantity, benefits, and important notes, and then register.
⑥ Once your reservation registration is complete, a payment QR code will be displayed. Please present this QR code at the cashier counter at the venue.
⑦ After confirming your reservation details and agreeing to the terms of service, and completing the payment, you will receive the benefits corresponding to your purchase.
⑧ After payment is complete, you will receive an email at your registered email address titled "[*Do not discard* Payment complete / Instructions on how to receive your item]".
*Please keep the email titled "[Do Not Discard] Payment Complete/Instructions for Receiving Your Order" safe until you receive your product, as it will be necessary when picking up your order at the store or when inquiring about the delivery status.
*If you have not received the email "[Do Not Discard] Payment Complete/Delivery Instructions," please contact a staff member.
*If you have made a reservation through Tower Records Members, you can check your reservation details from the order list for the live venue/event venue on your My Page after logging in to the Tower Records online site.
■If you do not have a smartphone/mobile phone, please speak to a staff member at the event venue on the day of the event.
■Payment methods include cash, credit card (one-time payment), and QR code payment.

Regarding receiving your order:
■You can choose your preferred method of receiving your product from the following options.
Store pickup: Pick up your order at TOWER RECORDS mini Morinomiya Q's Mall store (you cannot specify a store).
Home delivery: Shipping fee 900 yen (We do not ship to hotels or overseas.)
*Please note that the delivery method cannot be changed after payment is completed.
■In-store pickup of your order will be available from the evening of August 18th (Tuesday).
When receiving your order, please open the order information URL in the email titled "[*Do not discard* Payment Complete/Instructions for Receiving Your Order]" and present the QR code for pickup located at the bottom of the page. The QR code will be displayed from the arrival date.
*If you have made a reservation through Tower Records Members, please log in to the Tower Records online site and access your order information from the order list for the live venue/event venue on your My Page.
■If you requested delivery, please open the order information URL in the email titled "[*Do not discard* Payment Complete/Delivery Instructions". Your order will be shipped sequentially from the scheduled shipping date indicated in your order information.
*If you have made a reservation through Tower Records Members, please log in to the Tower Records online site and access your order information from the order list for the live venue/event venue on your My Page.
■The reservation period for the product is 4 weeks from the release date, until September 16th, 2026 (Wednesday).
■If you are unable to receive the product by the specified period due to prolonged absence, unknown address, inability to contact you regarding delivery, etc., we will not be able to deliver the product. In that case, we will not be able to refund the payment, so please understand in advance.
■We cannot accept any changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds after a reservation has been made due to customer circumstances. (This also applies in cases of product delays, etc.)
■If you are unable to receive the product within a certain period due to your own circumstances, and redelivery or forwarding is required,
