Starting at 11:00 AM on the day of the event, those who reserve eligible products at the special register in the outdoor plaza on the 1st floor of Lalaport Fujimi will receive the corresponding "priority viewing area admission wristband," "farewell event participation ticket," and "lottery ticket" on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that all in-store purchase benefits will not apply to reservations made at the event venue.
・Reservations and registrations are only valid at the event venue on the day of the event.
Please scan the QR code displayed at the venue and register via the reservation order page.
Please note that we do not accept reservations through the Tower Records online site.
・Reservations can only be made using your smartphone/mobile phone (excluding some models).
・You will need a mobile phone number and email address to register your reservation.
Customers who are already registered with Tower Records Members can make reservations after logging in with their registered email address and password.
・Customers who are not Tower Records Members can either register as a new member or make a reservation without registering.
Emails will be sent from the domain 'towerrecords.co.jp', so please check your device settings in advance to ensure you can receive them.
The process from reservation registration to payment is as follows. (Tower Records Members should start from step ④.)
① Please scan the QR code displayed at the reservation venue using your smartphone/mobile phone (excluding some models).
② On the displayed screen, press the "Create blank email" button, confirm the sender's address, and then send the blank email.
③ Once you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" email, open the URL in the email body to access the reservation registration screen.
④ Please choose how you would like to receive your product: either pick it up at Tower Records Mini LaLaport Fujimi store, or have it delivered to your home (additional shipping fee of 900 yen applies).
*If you pre-order through Tower Records Members, you can use our combined shipping service, where shipping is free for all subsequent orders to the address you used for your first home delivery order.
For those who have made a reservation but are not members, combined shipping is not available.
⑤ Please select your desired reservation item, check the quantity, benefits, and important notes, and then register.
⑥ Once your reservation registration is complete, a payment QR code will be displayed. Please present this QR code at the cashier counter at the venue.
⑦ After confirming your reservation details and agreeing to the terms of service, and completing the payment, you will receive the benefits corresponding to your purchase.
⑧ After payment is complete, you will receive an email at your registered email address titled "[*Do not discard* Payment complete / Instructions on how to receive your item]".
*The email titled "[*Do not discard* Payment Complete/Instructions for Receiving Your Order" is necessary for in-store pickup and inquiries about delivery status.
Please keep this safe until you receive your item.

<Payment methods for products>
Payment is accepted only by cash, credit card (one-time payment), and QR code payment (d払い, PayPay, au PAY, Rakuten Pay, Merpay, WeChat Pay, Alipay+).
Other electronic payment methods, coupons, and point cards cannot be used.
*Please note that points will not be awarded for reservations made through Tower Records Members.
Please note that depending on the communication conditions on the day, payment methods other than cash may not be available.
Other services, such as point services, parking ticket services, and receipt/invoice issuance, are not included.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or refunds after purchase. Furthermore, any defective products discovered after purchase will be replaced with a non-defective item.

<Regarding receiving your product>
You can choose from the following methods to receive your order:
Store pickup: Pick up your order at Tower Records Mini LaLaport Fujimi store (you cannot specify a store).
Home delivery: Shipping fee 900 yen (We do not ship to hotels or overseas.)
*Please note that the delivery method cannot be changed after payment is completed.
- In-store pickup of your order will be available from the evening of August 18th (Tuesday) onwards.
When receiving your product, open the order information URL in the email titled "[*Do not discard* Payment complete/Instructions for receiving your product]".
Please present the barcode for pickup. The barcode will be displayed from the arrival date.

You can access this service from the order information in the order list for live venues/event venues on your My Page.
・If you requested delivery, please open the order information URL in the email titled "[*Do not discard* Payment complete/Instructions for receiving your order]".
Orders will be shipped sequentially from the estimated shipping date indicated in your order information.

You can access this service from the order information in the order list for live venues/event venues on your My Page.
The reservation period for the product is four weeks from the release date, until September 16th (Wednesday).
If you are unable to receive the package by the specified period due to prolonged absence, unknown address, inability to contact you regarding delivery, etc.
We are unable to deliver the product. Please note that in this case, we will not be able to refund your payment.
We cannot accept any changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds after a reservation has been made due to customer circumstances. (This also applies in cases of product delays, etc.)
