*For reservations, you can choose between in-store pickup (Shinseido Asunal Kanayama store) or delivery (delivery fee 900 yen).

We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit card (one-time payment), various electronic payment methods, and QR code payment.
・Various point cards, gift certificates, coupons, etc. cannot be used.
・You will not be eligible for a parking ticket.
*Please note that depending on the communication conditions, electronic money payments may not be available. In that case, we will only accept cash payments. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please note that the start time may change depending on the situation on the day.
*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds for any reason due to the customer's own circumstances. If the product is defective, we will exchange it for a non-defective product after checking.

<About product delivery>
A separate shipping fee of 900 yen will be charged nationwide.
We do not offer combined shipping for multiple items.

<Regarding in-store pickup of products>

• The reservation period for the product is 4 weeks from the release date, until closing time on Monday, September 14, 2026.
・Once the reservation period has ended, the item cannot be returned and no refunds will be given.
