[Regarding the redemption of the grand prize]

From opening time to show start time

*Registration will take place at the sales booth.

●If you are selected, you will need to register. If you do not register within the designated time, your selection will be invalidated and you will not be able to participate.

●The prize redemption period for winning tickets is until the closing time (show start time) on the day of the event.

●Winning lottery ticket holders must bring their winning ticket in person to the reception desk at the sales booth. The ticket must be presented in exchange for the original winning ticket. We will not exchange the ticket for anything other than the original, such as a photograph or copy.

●Winning tickets, invitations to special events, and notices are only valid at the venue specified.

●If a winning ticket is damaged or soiled, and staff are unable to accurately verify the design, the winning ticket will be invalidated even if the design is a winning ticket. Please be especially careful during bad weather. The winning ticket will also be invalidated if it is lost.

● You will be asked to provide your name, address, phone number, and email address at the time of registration. This information will be used for operational purposes and for identity verification.

[Regarding participation in the special event (commemorative photo session)]

●A commemorative photo session with all the members will be held after the performance.

●A staff member will take photos of each person individually under their guidance.

●Commemorative photos will be taken using a camera provided by the organizers, and the developed photos will be sent to you at a later date.

●Photographs will only be taken from a frontal position. We will not allow photography from an oblique angle, either from the member's side or the customer's side.

●Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific poses or order in which the members will be positioned. We also cannot allow photography of the members without the customer.

●We cannot retake photos except in cases of obvious defects. Furthermore, any actions other than taking photos, such as handing gifts to the artist or shaking hands, are strictly prohibited.

●Posting commemorative photos on social media or other internet platforms is prohibited.

 

[Important Notes Regarding Registration]

●If you have won, please be sure to register at the sales booth during the winner registration time (from the opening time to the start time of the performance). If you do not register, your winning rights will be forfeited regardless of the reason.

●The fan event will be held after the show, so please check your return transportation options before participating. We cannot be held responsible for your return journey, including the last train times.

●When you are guided to the space, we will conduct a baggage check and a body search using a metal detector. Your cooperation is appreciated.

●When participating, please follow the instructions of the staff and cooperate to ensure a smooth process. If the staff determines that there is a problem, your winning entry may be invalidated.

●Please manage your valuables at your own risk.

◆Important notes regarding the campaign (Please participate only after you have read and understood them)

● Avex Music Creative Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will not be involved in any disputes between customers regarding winning rights or prizes.

●We regret that we cannot allow anyone feeling unwell to participate or attend on the day of the event. (This includes those with a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or those exhibiting cough symptoms.)

●Please cooperate with the venue staff to ensure smooth operation by following their instructions. Staff may touch your shoulder or arm when guiding you.

●Transportation and accommodation expenses incurred in connection with participation in the fan event are the responsibility of the participant. Even if you are unable to participate in the fan event because you did not meet the participation requirements, we will not compensate you for transportation or accommodation expenses.

●Videos and images of the fan event may be posted on official related websites. Please be aware of the possibility of appearing in them.

●On the day of the event, various restrictions may be imposed as necessary to prevent accidents and disruptions.

●Please observe the following "Prohibited Actions" when participating in the fan event. If you violate any of these rules, or if the organizers deem you unsuitable to participate for any other reason, your winning entry may be invalidated and you may be asked to leave. In this case, we will not refund the product price or compensate for transportation or travel expenses. Furthermore, if any prohibited or fraudulent actions are discovered, you will be prohibited from participating in all future events involving this artist.

●There are no special medical devices available at the venue. If you have a pre-existing medical condition or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.

●The fan event may be ended early, canceled, or postponed at short notice due to requests from local governments, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, venue equipment malfunctions, illness or accidents involving performers, time limits or delays in the schedule, or other unavoidable circumstances. In the event that you are unable to participate in the fan event for any of these reasons, we will not refund the price of the merchandise or compensate for transportation or travel expenses.

●Even if a winner suffers any damage in connection with their participation in or inability to participate in this project, neither our company, the affiliated companies of this project, nor the artist will be held liable in any way, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

●While we will take every precaution to ensure the safety of everyone, please inform a nearby staff member if you see any suspicious individuals or objects.

●In the event that litigation becomes necessary in connection with this project, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.

 

[Prohibited matters]

● Transfer, exchange, resale (scalping), copying, and counterfeiting of winning tickets, winning rights, and prizes.

*These acts of misconduct are crimes. Those found to be misbehaving will be ejected from the premises and reported to the police.

*Winning rights obtained through resale will be invalidated.

● Actions that inconvenience other customers, such as cutting in line to purchase items, or any actions that the operating staff deems equivalent to fraudulent activity.

*If discovered, the person in question will be refused purchase and will be treated the same as for fraudulent activity.

● Defamation, slander, intimidation, and verbal abuse directed at members, etc.

● Entering the event or participating in the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.

● Recording, filming, or taking photographs at events and fan meet-and-greets, as well as bringing equipment intended for such purposes into the venue.

● Waiting in line by staying overnight from the day before or earlier.
