“Matsuri Crossing KYOTO X BRASIL” appearance decided!
We will be performing at "Matsuri Crossing KYOTO X BRASIL," an international cultural exchange festival held at Higashi Honganji Temple in front of Kyoto Station from November 6th (Fri) to 8th (Sun), 2026!
WOLF HOWL HARMONY will be performing on November 7th (Sat) and 8th (Sun).
At the same time, I've also been appointed as the official public relations ambassador for this project!
"Matsuri Crossing KYOTO X BRASIL" envisions the area stretching from Kyoto Station to Higashi Honganji Temple as a large "city stage," and is a participatory festival where people can experience the movement, exchange, and fusion of people and cultures through music, dance, art, food, and more.
The event will feature a diverse program including "Matsuri Dance," a form of traditional Japanese Bon Odori dance that traveled to Brazil with immigrants and underwent unique development there, as well as live Brazilian music, art, food culture, workshops, and talk sessions. These three days will symbolize the "cycle of culture," where cultures that have traveled to different lands blend together and meet again in new forms.
