Customers affected by this issue will receive a separate email from mu-mo Shop with further details. Please be sure to review it as well.

■Shipping of the correct products
We will resend the items that were originally scheduled to be delivered.

■Return of items currently in your possession
When we ship the correct product, we will include a return envelope.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please return the item that was sent to you by mistake in the return envelope. * There will be no shipping fee for the return.

Items to be returned:
Please only return the following items.
Please keep the Music Card with you and do not return it.

・Rubber keychain / RZZ1-67413
・Rubber keychain (LOVERED design) / RZZ1-67412
・Marmalade label sticker / RZZ1-67412

■Shipping time and precautions
Shipping period: Items will be shipped in order from early January 2026.
* Please note that it may take some time until delivery due to confirmation processes, etc.
* For returns, be sure to use the enclosed envelope and send it by cash-on-delivery.
Shipping fees will not be refunded if items are returned at the customer’s discretion using prepaid shipping.
