WOLF HOWL HARMONY 2nd Single "Frozen Butterfly" Release Commemorative Online Individual Talk Event Notice regarding refunds due to partial changes in event schedule

As previously announced, we will provide refunds to customers who cancel their participation in the online individual talk event to commemorate the release of WOLF HOWL HARMONY's 2nd single, "Frozen Butterfly," including rescheduled events.
 
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you would like a refund, please check the details below and return the item.

March 16, 2024 Part 2 and Part 3
*Participation rights that have already been transferred to Part 5 or 6 will be invalid in principle.
 
Please use either Japan Post's "Yu-Pack", Yamato Transport, or Sagawa Express to send your parcel to the address below.
Please send the <target product> by the deadline with postage due.
 
*We accept both unopened and opened products.
*Please enclose either the delivery note (or a copy of the delivery note) or a note with your order number and name in the returned item.
*Please make sure to send all your returns at once.
*When returning products, please be sure to write the artist's name on the shipping slip.
 
■Notes
Please check your forTUNE music My Page and make sure that the product you purchased and the "Order Number" listed on your My Page match the number listed on your participation ticket.
We cannot provide a refund if you send a different product from the one you purchased.
Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund if there are any errors in the items you return (order number, CD/DVD part number and quantity).

■Return acceptance period
For deliveries from Thursday, March 28, 2024 to Wednesday, April 10, 2024
*Please note that we will not be able to accept your order if you send it outside the above period.
 
■ Refund period
It is scheduled to begin after May 2024.
*We are currently taking some time to process your refund. Thank you for your understanding.
*Refunds will be processed to the order address and person registered on forTUNE music at the time of ordering.
*Please note that if there is a discrepancy in the number of CDs, the entire set will be returned to the customer.
*Please note that once we have received the returned item, we cannot cancel the refund request due to customer reasons.
 
*For customers who paid by credit card, refunds will be made via the card company.
*If you paid by credit card and have not received a refund via your card company, or if you paid via online collection agency payment, please follow the steps below and the refund will be made via the remittance agency (hereinafter referred to as the "remittance agency") to which we have outsourced the remittance service.

If you have changed the email address you registered when placing your order, or if you have cancelled your forTUNE music subscription after placing your order, we will not be able to send you the email mentioned above. ②You will receive an email from the remittance agency that we outsource to handle your remittance, containing information about how to process your refund. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the procedure.
 
*If you do not complete the procedure within the specified deadline, we will not be able to provide a refund, so please be sure to complete the procedure within the deadline.
