*The special event will be conducted in a manner that requires you to keep moving within the space, so please keep moving without stopping. It is prohibited to stop and talk to the members, ask them to call you by name, ask them to pose, etc.

- Transferring, exchanging, reselling, copying, counterfeiting or obtaining the participation ticket through illegal means
*If you have more participation tickets than you theoretically should be able to possess, we may consider this to be illegal acquisition and confiscate your participation tickets and deny you participation.
Please be aware that transfers from acquaintances or family members are also considered fraudulent acts.
(Example: You were not able to re-queue but you have more tickets than you could purchase; you were able to re-queue once but you have more tickets than the total number of tickets for the two times, etc.)
In such cases, we will not accept returns or refunds of purchased items.
Counterfeiting participation tickets is a criminal act. Appropriate action will be taken as soon as it is discovered.
・Cutting in line to purchase items
*Both the person who cuts in line and the person who gets in between will be asked to leave the line.
Also, if you leave the line, you will not be able to return to your original place. You will have to queue at the end of the line again.
However, regarding the restroom, you will only be able to return to your original location if you "check with the customers in front and behind you and contact a nearby attendant." Please note that if you do not contact us, we will not be able to accommodate you, regardless of the reason.
"Allowing others to line up on your behalf" is also prohibited as it may cause problems such as cutting in line.
・Staying overnight near the venue, sit-ins or gatherings, causing trouble to stores within the facility, etc.
- Defamation, libel, intimidation, or abusive language towards performers or staff, shouting louder than necessary during the event, etc.
・Entering or participating in special events while drinking or under the influence of alcohol
- Recording, filming, or photographing, or transmitting such data, as well as bringing equipment into the venue for such purposes
*If found, we will check your identification, confiscate your participation ticket, and ask you to leave.
・Placing things in all spaces to save space
*Reserving a spot by using sheets or other objects is prohibited, regardless of whether there are people there or not.
*If any items are found to have been left there for an extended period of time, they will be removed by staff. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any items that are removed or left there.
・Carrying on suitcases or large amounts of luggage
*Bringing such items is prohibited as it will hinder the smooth progress of the event.
If you have a suitcase, you will be denied entry to the special event booth. Please refrain from carrying any baggage, if possible.
- Viewing using ladders or platforms within the venue
- Parking in nearby facilities that are not being used
・Participation with pets
*We cannot accommodate requests from safety reasons, as some people may have allergies.
[Common precautions]
・For safety reasons, we do not allow preschool children to participate alone. They must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Wearing a mask is optional when entering the special event booth.
-On the day of the event, we will not allow anyone who is not feeling well to attend.
・Transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc. associated with participating in the event are the responsibility of the customer.
・Your identity may be verified at the venue.
・The safety of our guests and artists is our number one priority, so we may conduct metal detector checks, baggage inspections, or temporarily hold your baggage.
・If you are late for the meeting time, regardless of the reason, such as natural disaster or transportation failure, you will not be able to participate in the special event. (You will not be able to change to another date or venue.)
・Please follow the instructions of the staff regarding entry and events. If you do not follow the instructions, you will be asked to leave.
・The event may be ended midway due to time restrictions on venue use, delays in the event progress, etc. In this case, even if you have a participation ticket, you will not be able to participate in the event, and we will not be able to accept returns of products.

・There will be no special medical equipment provided at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.

・When participating in the event, please manage your valuables at your own risk. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or theft that occur inside or outside the venue.
・In order to prevent accidents and confusion on the day, we may impose various restrictions as necessary, such as restricting traffic routes.
- The organizers will not be held responsible for the last train times after the event ends.
・The event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, changes in members due to illness or accidents of performers, transportation failure, or poor facilities at the venue. Even in these cases, we cannot refund the product price or compensate for transportation or travel expenses. Please note.

[Governing law and jurisdiction]
The operation of the Event and the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law, and any litigation between you and a purchaser in relation to the Event shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.

・Please refrain from contacting the venue regarding the event. Predicting the location of the venue and inquiring about it is also strictly prohibited as it is considered an obstacle to the safe running of the event.
・When participating in the event, please observe the "prohibited items" listed above. If a participant violates the "prohibited items," or if the organizers deem the participant unsuitable for event participation, they may be refused participation in the event.
・We will have security personnel stationed at the venue and will operate with the utmost care, but if you see any suspicious people or objects, please contact a security guard nearby.
・Related staff will never hand out "release event participation tickets" in exchange for money or other compensation. If you receive such a story, please be careful as it may be a scam.
・If you require assistance or are in a wheelchair, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.

[Governing law and jurisdiction]
The operation of the Event and the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law, and any litigation between you and a purchaser in relation to the Event shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
