We will issue a stern warning to anyone engaging in prohibited activities. In serious cases, we will take strict measures such as confiscating all participation tickets, prohibiting future participation, and requiring identification verification.
- Delays during fan events
*The fan event will proceed with you constantly walking around the space, so please keep moving without stopping. Stopping to talk to the members, asking them to call your name, or asking them to pose is prohibited. If you do not comply, a staff member will give you a warning.
In severe cases, we will consider it a disruption of the event, confiscate your participation ticket, and prohibit you from participating in future events.
- Transferring, exchanging, reselling, copying, forging, or obtaining participation tickets through fraudulent means.
*If you are unable to repurchase tickets even after lining up again, and you possess more tickets than the sales limit,
Regardless of the reason, if you violate any of the prohibited actions, your participation ticket will be confiscated, and you will be prohibited from participating in future events.

・Due to time restrictions on venue usage, delays in the event schedule, or other circumstances, the event may be terminated midway. In this case, even if you have a participation ticket, you will not be able to participate in the event, and we will not accept returns of merchandise.
• Other events may be taking place at the venue. Please refrain from any actions that may interfere with other events. If you interfere with another event, you may be asked to refrain from participating in this event, or the event itself may be canceled.
Please be aware that there is a possibility of media coverage taking place on the day of the event, and you may appear in the footage.
• The venue is located inside a commercial facility. Many customers who are not participating in the event will also be present. Please be considerate of other customers and avoid causing any inconvenience.
・When participating in events, whether indoors or outdoors, please take care of your own health, such as staying hydrated.
・For safety reasons and to avoid conflicts between customers, please refrain from using umbrellas in outdoor areas during rainy weather. We recommend bringing rain gear other than an umbrella.
Cancellations and returns are not accepted under any circumstances after reservation or purchase.
- This offer does not apply to various in-facility services and benefits such as point cards and parking tickets.
Please note that you will not be able to hand gifts directly to the members. Also, there will be no gift box available. We will not be able to accept any gifts, including letters, at the venue on the day of the event.
• The venue does not have any special medical equipment. Those with pre-existing medical conditions or those requiring medical equipment should participate at their own risk.
Staff may touch your shoulder or arm to guide you. Please participate only if you understand and agree to this.
・When attending the event, please manage your valuables at your own risk. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.
・On the day of the event, we may implement various restrictions as necessary, such as limiting the flow of people, to prevent accidents and confusion.
Please note that the organizers cannot be held responsible for any issues regarding train schedules or other matters after the event.
- The event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, changes in performers due to illness or accidents, transportation disruptions, or venue equipment malfunctions. In such cases, we will not be able to refund the product price or compensate for transportation or travel expenses. Please understand this in advance.
Please refrain from contacting the venue regarding the event.
Please abide by the "Prohibited Actions" listed above when participating in the event. If a participant violates the "Prohibited Actions," or if the organizers deem a participant unsuitable for the event, they may be refused participation.
We will have security personnel stationed throughout the venue to ensure the event is run safely and securely. However, if you see any suspicious individuals or objects, please inform a nearby security guard.
• Our staff will never offer you an "event participation ticket" in exchange for money or any other form of compensation. If you receive such an offer, it may be a scam, so please be extremely careful.
If you require assistance, such as using a wheelchair, please inform a staff member upon arrival.

[Regarding Governing Law and Jurisdiction]
The operation of the event and the interpretation and application of these terms and conditions shall be governed by Japanese law, and any lawsuits arising between the purchaser and the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
