<Regarding CD reservations>
*Payment at the venue can be made by cash, credit card (single payment only), transportation IC cards, iD, QUICPay, PayPay, d払い, au PAY, and Rakuten Pay. Please note that gift certificates, coupons, store campaigns, various point cards, and parking tickets are not accepted. Receipts and invoices cannot be issued.
[If the product to be released is an event-related item, it will be available for pre-order.]
(Products already on sale will be sold as usual at the venue.)
*Pre-ordered items can be picked up at HMV Lalaport Toyosu after the release date. The pick-up period is two weeks from the release date. Items cannot be picked up after this period. Also, items cannot be returned if the pick-up card is lost. For customers who wish to have their items delivered, there is a charge of 900 yen per order. For orders exceeding 21 items, an additional charge will be applied for every 20 items thereafter. (Example: A reservation of 60 items will cost 2700 yen.)
*Please note that customers who purchase eligible products with bonus tickets at the sales venue will not be eligible for any other purchase bonuses.
